I grew up in Tunisia, studied electrical engineering at TU München, and have spent the last 15 years in German tech. AI consulting at PwC Deutschland, then Head of Operations at Motor AI, a Berlin based autonomous driving company.

Scope Merge exists because of a gap I kept seeing from both sides: German engineering companies unable to hire fast enough, and world class Tunisian engineers with no clear path into European teams. Same timezone, strong technical foundations, compatible work culture. The infrastructure to connect them didn't exist. So I built it.
